Blog post comment BINGO!
For Melissa Wardy (and others who take the time to call out childhood sexualization and sexual objectification): Here’s a fun game to play while reading your many comments and emails.

Larger PDF version, too.
I’m visualizing a series of Bingo boards by blog topic: Junk food marketing, in-school advertising, gendered toys, etc. Interested, Mattel?
Inspired by Lauredhel’s Anti-Feminist Bingo.

Love it. One for general marketing to kids could definitely be done… “It’s up to the parents!”, “If you don’t like it, don’t buy it!” “Nanny state!” etc.

If only someone had told me to get back in the kitchen! I would have had Bingo! Here’s hoping a few troll-ish comments come in this weekend!
I love this, and thank you :)

@Melissa, I made sure that I had received each and every comment at least once. I left off those too vulgar for my family-friendly blog. Just wait . . . you’ll get a kitchen comment. Or at least “Make me a sammich.”

“Get back into the kitchen”? I didn’t know you had readers in Saudi Arabia. Cool!
Anyway, you should get a nice hobby http://www.agirlandagunclub.com/

How about, “Oh, you have a problem with that?”

Love it! The only thing I would add is a huge tile in the middle which says ‘MORAL PANIC!’ We received almost all of those comments just recently when we campaigned against child beauty pageants.
